Do you take walk-ins, or are you appointment-based?
We are appointment-based only. This allows us to provide each pet with undivided attention and the best care possible during their visit. Scheduling appointments ensures a calm, stress-free environment for both pets and owners.
How do you brush matted dogs, and what brush do you use?
For matted dogs, we use a small bristle brush to gently work through the mats without causing discomfort to your pet. Regular brushing is key to preventing mats, so we recommend brushing your dog daily at home. Brushing not only maintains a healthy coat but also reduces shedding and helps you bond with your pet. For extra assistance, we can provide tips on brushing techniques during your visit.
Do you board?
No, we do not offer boarding services. Our primary focus is on grooming and creating a relaxing, spa-like experience for your pets. While we don’t provide overnight stays, we’re happy to pamper your pets during their grooming sessions to ensure they leave feeling refreshed and happy.
Do you groom cats as well?
Yes! We offer grooming services for cats, including baths, brushing, and nail trimming. Cats deserve pampering too, and we make sure they’re comfortable during their visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Let us know if you have any questions about payment during your visit.
What type of shampoos and products do you use?
We use a variety of iGroom products, which are specially formulated for professional grooming to ensure a smooth and shiny coat. In addition, we also use our Paw Tree products, which support healthy skin and coat during the grooming process. We customize the grooming experience to fit your pet’s needs, from trimming to shaping, to ensure they look their best!
What happens if my dog has fleas?
If fleas are detected, we will provide a flea bath at an additional cost to ensure they are properly treated before proceeding with grooming. For severe infestations, we may recommend treatment at home or with your vet prior to rescheduling.
What if my dog has sensitive skin or allergies?
We use hypoallergenic and gentle products for pets with sensitive skin. If your pet has known allergies, please inform us ahead of time so we can ensure their safety and comfort.
Do you offer mobile grooming services?
At this time, we only offer grooming at our location. However, we are always working to improve our services and may consider mobile grooming in the future.
Do you groom aggressive dogs?
We have trained professionals who know how to handle dogs with behavioral issues. If your dog is aggressive or anxious, please inform us ahead of time, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Do you require vaccinations?
We only require rabies vaccinations, and proof must be provided before your appointment.
